非常非常想吃肉，所以直接从群马坐公交去了轻井泽，这个被美国文化荼毒的地方。下车直奔「明治亭」，点了400g的酱汁炸猪排+一海碗米饭🍚，还有信州烤牛舌+荞麦面套餐。一整块肥嫩的里脊粗斩成两指宽，在碗里堆的冒尖，裹着浓郁的酱汁，把碗底的包菜丝染得赤红油亮。一口咬下半块猪排，挖一勺米饭，原地复活了！！信州牛舌烤得外焦里嫩，蘸信州味噌吃，微甜浓郁，后味是强烈的辣味，配着柔嫩多汁的牛舌非常带劲。不过冬天切的薄薄的凉得快，一定要趁热吃，才有大口吃肉的满足感。
